We specialize in mail-in replacement boat covers and bimini tops, made using your existing canvas as the pattern. A suitable original is required. Send photos first so we can review it before you ship.
Does my old canvas need to be in good condition?
Wear or a tear does not automatically rule it out. We need enough usable shape and construction detail to assess the pattern. Show missing sections, shrinkage, previous alterations and any problems with the current fit.
Can you make a replacement from photos alone?
Photos are the first review, not the physical pattern. This service uses your existing canvas. We inspect the original before confirming the work, price and estimated schedule.
Do I need to send my boat or bimini frame?
No. The mail-in service is based on a suitable old canvas. Your boat and frame stay with you. If your project needs on-site measurement or a new frame, we’ll explain why it falls outside this service.
What will it cost, and how long will it take?
Size, condition, fabric and construction details affect the quote. We start with a preliminary review and agree on the scope, price and estimated timing before fabrication. Tell us about any date you’re working toward.
When should I ship my old canvas?
Only after we have reviewed your photos and provided mailing instructions. Shipping costs, handling of the original and next steps if it proves unsuitable should all be agreed before you send it.
